Okay, we are officially 159 days out from the wedding so we’re getting into the details! Starting with accommodations…

Because the property is tucked away in a beautiful, remote area, there are no public restaurants or grocery stores nearby. To make sure everyone is comfortable and well-fed, we’ve set up a seamless, «all-inclusive» style experience right on the property. We highly encourage everyone to stay on-site with us to fully enjoy the weekend!

The website has English translation for most but bear in mind “doble” is a queen for two people and “cuadruple” is for four. It indicates four single beds but if you’re a family we can put two together so you have a bed for a couple and two kids. “Noches” is nights, so simply choose (“eligir”) the option best for you based on the size of tent/number of people and then how many nights. Tents are available to book from Wednesday, Feb 10th to Monday, Feb 15th.

Prices are in pesos - don’t panic :)

You can pay directly on the website. On the last page before you complete checkout, there is an option to add “Información adicional”. Please make note of what dates you are arriving and departing.

Now, for food and drink!

Because of the remote setting, we have hired a catering service to handle all food and beverages on-site. Just near the glamping, there will be tables, chairs, a kitchen and catering staff who will ensure you are fed handsomely for a brunch each day, and there will be extra snacks and drinks (yes, booze too!) available for you at any hour!!

Covered by the Bride & Groom: All evening dinners and drinks are fully hosted by us throughout your stay!

Covered by Guests (Daytime Package): For daytime meals (breakfast, brunch, lunch) and beverages we will calculate your package based on the dates of your stay.

Payment: After you complete your glamping booking on the website, we will send you a separate invoice detailing your daytime all-inclusive package with instructions to pay via e-transfer. Adults (w drinks) will be $120 and $70 for kiddos per day. Let us know if you won’t be drinking and you can pay child price. You can take your time to pay this - no rush!

We highly recommend you stay on-site with us and glamp - it’s going to be SO fun and there are washrooms and showers, access to swimming pools, horses to visit and acres and acres of land to enjoy. Not to mention an itinerary full of fun events hosted at different locations.

However, if you prefer to stay in the town of Atlixco in a hotel, you can feel free to do so. The only thing is it’s relatively easy to get a taxi or Uber TO the ranch for events, but it is incredibly hard to get one from the ranch back to town. If you stay off-site, we recommend you rent a car to drive yourself or make arrangements with your hotel for pickup at a specific time.

I do have a couple of modest villas across the street reserved and not yet spoken for that are within walking distance so feel free to message me about those if you prefer!

Fly into Mexico City or Puebla

If you fly into Mexico City, we recommend booking a bus to Puebla - they are very comfortable and affordable. You can book on ADO or Estrella Roja. Book to the station Paseo Destino.

From Puebla, you can Uber to the ranch. (Link sent via email)

Be sure to have cash for the toll (120 pesos).

We will create a big What’s app group for everyone travelling in so we can easily share info and you can ask questions.

On Monday, we will arrange transportation for everyone from the ranch to Puebla where you can take a bus or plane to your next destination!
